INTRODUCTION

 

AVI (Villa Immobiliaria agency) was established in 1977, originally only in BEGUR.

We currently have two offices which are personally supervised by the owner, Lluís Villa i May (Real Estate Agent and Constructor as well). We specialise in the purchase and sale of properties and rentals.

Over the years we have grown and now we offer a complete property management service from start to finish. For example, we can help you buy the land, obtain planning permission, prepare the project, build the property and help you rent it out if you wish. We also specialise in maintaining the property when you are there, for example gardening and pool maintenance, and when you are not there, regulary visiting and checking the property in the winter.

This way, we are able to provide a professional and personal sevice, specific to each client's needs, which will help you make the most of owning and enjoying a second home in one of the most beautiful places in the COSTA BRAVA.
